Sky News has an article about Truphone today – a VOIP solution running on mobile phones now also supporting to send SMS text messages. They should really work on their rates though – chargin $0.2 per SMS is hardly competitive in todays world!

Several sites report Admob has published new research on who is using iPhones and iPods. In a nutshell, iPod users are generally younger than iPhone users – with attached consequences: iPod users have fewer children, are more interested in buying phones than in traveling, they read less than the average iPhone user, watch more TV and are in general more present on the net.
