Signing up to Veage is easy - just follow the simple sign-up instructions. After
you've registered it's a good idea to visit your account page and take a couple
of minutes to complete your profile and add your contacts to your address book.
Once you're done, you can start sending texts and chatting to friends instantly.

Chat logs / Message History
Veage automatically keeps a log of all your conversations and you can access these
chat logs at any time simply by clicking on a contact. If the log contains more
messages than can be displayed on a single page, you'll get "previous" and "next"
buttons on the top and bottom of the message display. You can also use the search
feature to find specific messages sent to, or received from, any of your contacts.

To cancel your short message billing you can either text STOP to 33533, or you can
use the "cancel subscription" button in your account profile, or you can use our
online unsubscribe tool in the Customer Support section of the Help page. Just
enter your mobile number and press submit. You'll receive a text message shortly
afterwards to confirm that your service has been deactivated. Please note that you
might get further messages after you've cancelled your subscription because although
we won't send any new messages, there may still be some old ones queued up at your
mobile network operator. We do not have control over these messages and strongly
suggest that you ask your mobile operator to delete all these messages before you
top up your phone.

Have you cancelled your Veage service but are continuing to receive billed messages
when you top up your phone? These messages will most likely have been sent before
you opted out, and have been stored in a queue at your mobile network provider.
Your provider will try to deliver these messages to you and will do so as soon as
you top up your account. Please note that we have no control over these queued
messages. We are unable to delete them from the mobile network provider's system
and we cannot stop them from being delivered to you. To prevent them from being
delivered we advise that you speak to your mobile network provider directly and
request that they cancel all outstanding messages.
